1. Overview and who this applies to
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid AdsPlane subscriptions. It applies to anyone who purchases or subscribes to a paid AdsPlane plan.
AdsPlane is provided by Infinite Path Ventures, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India — 410218.
Billing, support, account, and refund-request email: hello@adsplane.com
Privacy / Data Protection Contact: privacy@adsplane.com

This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the AdsPlane Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between this policy and a specific written agreement, invoice, or checkout page you have accepted, that specific document controls for the transaction it covers.
2. Free tier and free trial
AdsPlane is designed so that you can evaluate the product before you pay for it.
- The T1 “Free Local Lite” plan is free of charge (Rs. 0). It requires no payment and involves no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund;
- The paid hosted plan (T2) may offer a free trial so that you can evaluate the paid product before any charge is taken.
If you do not want to be charged, cancel before your free trial ends. Where a payment method is on file, an eligible subscription converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial, and the first charge is taken at that point. Cancelling during the trial prevents that first charge. You can cancel during the trial the same way you cancel a paid subscription — through your account billing settings or by emailing hello@adsplane.com (see Section 4).
Free trial access is provided at our discretion and may be limited or ended if we detect abuse (for example, repeated trial sign-ups), consistent with our Terms of Service.
Beyond the free tier and free trial, every paid subscription is also covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, so you can get a full refund within 14 days of a charge if the paid plan isn’t right for you. Please see Section 5.
3. Subscriptions, billing, renewals, and plan changes
Paid AdsPlane plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance for each billing period (for example, monthly), at the plan and price shown at checkout.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the then-current price for each billing period until you cancel;
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date;
- Applicable taxes (such as GST, VAT, or sales tax) may be added and are shown at checkout and on your invoice;
- We may change plan pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice; a price change does not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails or is declined, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your paid access after a short grace period. Paid access is reinstated once a payment succeeds. An involuntary suspension for non-payment does not by itself entitle you to a refund and is handled as further described in our Terms of Service.
If you change plans mid-period, an upgrade to a higher paid tier takes effect immediately and is charged at that time — either as a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period or as a new full billing period, as shown at checkout. A downgrade to a lower paid tier takes effect at your next renewal; we do not credit or refund the difference for the current period, and you keep your current tier’s access until the period you have already paid for ends.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account billing settings, or by emailing hello@adsplane.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. On its own, cancellation does not refund the billing period you are already in — but if you are within 14 days of your most recent charge, you can request a full refund of that charge under our 14-day money-back guarantee (Section 5). When you cancel:
- your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
- at the end of that period, the paid subscription ends and no further charges are taken;
- you are not charged again for the next period, provided you cancel before the renewal date;
- outside the 14-day money-back window described in Section 5, we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time remaining in a paid period.
To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account or invoice.
5. Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee
Every paid AdsPlane subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of a subscription charge, we will refund that charge in full — for any reason, with no exceptions and no conditions. This applies to every paid plan and to both of our payment providers (Paddle and Razorpay), and it covers your first charge on a plan as well as each renewal charge.
To use the guarantee, email hello@adsplane.com within 14 days of the charge (see Section 7). We will refund the full amount of that charge to your original payment method through the original payment provider.
Beyond the 14-day guarantee, we will also issue a refund — at any time, and regardless of the 14-day window — in the following situations:
- a duplicate charge for the same subscription or period;
- a charge that is clearly erroneous or incorrect;
- a billing error on our side that we are able to verify;
- any case where a refund is required by applicable law, consumer-protection law, or the mandatory buyer protections of the relevant payment provider.
In those situations we will refund the amount that was incorrectly or excessively charged, or the amount required by law or the payment provider, as applicable.
6. Refunds required by law or by payment-provider buyer protections
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law. Where such law requires a refund, that requirement applies regardless of the general stance in Section 5.
In addition, purchases made through our payment providers may be covered by those providers’ own mandatory buyer protections and refund terms. Where those protections apply, they apply in addition to this policy. Please see Section 8.
7. How to request a refund or report a billing error
To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, or to report a billing error, email hello@adsplane.com promptly after the charge. Please include:
- the account email associated with your AdsPlane subscription;
- the invoice, order, or transaction ID;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- the payment method and, if known, the payment provider used (see Section 8);
- a short description of the issue and why you believe a refund is due.
We aim to acknowledge and review refund and billing-error requests within a reasonable time. For orders processed through Paddle, you may also contact Paddle’s buyer support directly (see Section 8).
8. Payment processors and Merchant of Record
AdsPlane uses two payment providers. Which provider applies to your purchase depends on your region and the currency of your purchase.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”) acts as our Merchant of Record (reseller and seller of record) for international purchases — that is, buyers outside India and payments not settled in Indian Rupees. For those purchases, Paddle handles billing, invoicing, applicable sales tax and VAT, and refund processing. Paddle is shown as the merchant and seller on your card statement and invoice (for example, under a descriptor such as “Paddle.net” or “PADDLE”), and Paddle’s own Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also govern that purchase. You may contact Paddle’s buyer support directly for Paddle-processed orders;
- Razorpay processes payments for buyers in India settled in Indian Rupees (INR), including UPI.
Your use of a payment provider is subject to that provider’s terms and policies, which apply in addition to this policy and to the AdsPlane Terms of Service. Where Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Paddle; where Razorpay is used, approved refunds are processed through Razorpay.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at hello@adsplane.com. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly and directly. For orders processed through Paddle, chargebacks are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so you should contact us — or Paddle’s buyer support — first (see Section 8).
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider before contacting us may result in suspension of your AdsPlane access while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is later found to be invalid or is reversed, we may suspend or terminate your AdsPlane access, and require the disputed amount to be settled through the relevant payment provider, before access is restored. We may also share transaction records with the payment provider as needed to resolve a dispute, as further described in our Terms of Service.
10. Currency, taxes, and foreign exchange
Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout — typically Indian Rupees (INR) for payments processed through Razorpay, and the applicable local currency for international purchases processed through Paddle. Applicable taxes (such as GST, VAT, or sales tax) may be added where required and are shown at checkout or on your invoice.
Currency conversion, cross-border fees, and foreign-exchange rates applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider are outside our control.
Where a refund arises from a duplicate charge, a clearly erroneous charge, or a billing error on our part, we refund the full amount originally charged, in the original transaction currency, and we do not deduct our own or our payment provider’s fees from that refund. The amount that ultimately reaches your account may still differ slightly because of exchange-rate conversion that your own bank or card issuer applies to the return, which is outside our control.
For any other refund that we or our payment provider are required to make, the refund is for the amount we or our payment provider received, and the amount credited back to you may differ from the amount you originally paid because of exchange-rate movements or third-party fees outside our control.
11. How and when approved refunds are issued
Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method through the original payment provider (Paddle or Razorpay). We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different account or payment method.
We initiate approved refunds promptly after approval. The time for a refund to appear on your statement then depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the original transaction currency; foreign-exchange differences may apply as described in Section 10.
12. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the governing law, dispute-resolution, and jurisdiction provisions of the AdsPlane Terms of Service. Subject to any mandatory legal requirement, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to this policy.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as the product, law, commercial model, or payment providers change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date and applies on a prospective basis to purchases made after it is published. Please review this page before purchasing or renewing.
