3. Our role under Indian data protection law
Where AdsPlane determines why and how personal data is processed for operating the AdsPlane service, Infinite Path Ventures acts as the Data Fiduciary.
Where AdsPlane processes personal data or advertising account data on behalf of a seller, advertiser, customer, or connected Amazon Ads account according to that customer’s instructions, AdsPlane may also act as a service provider / processor for that customer.
Your business remains responsible for ensuring that it has the authority to connect its Amazon Ads account, invite team members, upload files, configure approvals, and use AdsPlane for its advertising operations.
4. Information we collect
We collect only information reasonably needed to operate AdsPlane, secure the platform, comply with law, and provide the requested service.
4.1 Account and user information
This may include:
- name;
- business name;
- email address;
- mobile number, where voluntarily provided;
- password or authentication data handled through secure authentication systems;
- user role, access level, tenant membership, and account status;

This may include:
- business name;
- GSTIN, billing address, invoice details, subscription plan, payment status, trial status, renewal status, and cancellation status;
- payment identifiers and transaction references from payment processors such as Razorpay.
AdsPlane does not intentionally store full card numbers, UPI credentials, bank passwords, or full payment instrument details on its own servers.

6. AI use inside AdsPlane
AdsPlane’s core analysis and decision logic is deterministic software logic. AI is used only for narration, summaries, explanations, report wording, or support workflows where enabled.
AdsPlane does not allow AI to independently decide live Amazon Ads changes. Advertising actions must pass Guardrail Policies and applicable approval or autonomy settings before execution.
Where AI narration or AI-assisted reporting is enabled, AdsPlane may send limited Manifest metadata, recommendation summaries, or report context to an AI service provider. AdsPlane does not intentionally send Amazon passwords, OAuth refresh tokens, payment credentials, or unrelated personal data to AI providers.

10. International processing and data transfers
AdsPlane is operated from India. Some service providers may process or store information outside India where hosting, infrastructure, payment, email, security, support, or other operational systems are located.
Where applicable law restricts transfers of personal data outside India, AdsPlane will follow the applicable legal requirements, government notifications, contractual requirements, and security measures.

12. Personal data breach handling
If AdsPlane becomes aware of a personal data breach affecting your personal data, AdsPlane will investigate, take containment and remediation steps, and provide notifications required by applicable law.
Where Amazon Ads information is involved, AdsPlane may also report incidents to Amazon as required by Amazon policy, including at security@amazon.com or any updated Amazon reporting channel.
13. Children’s data
AdsPlane is a business software product for Amazon advertisers and sellers. It is not intended for children or for use by individuals below 18 years of age.
Do not create an AdsPlane account or use AdsPlane if you are below 18 years of age.
14. Data retention
AdsPlane retains information only as long as needed for service operation, legal compliance, security, audit, payment, tax, dispute resolution, and product integrity.
Current intended defaults include:
- raw Amazon Ads report artifacts for T2 Hosted Starter: 90 days by default, configurable by tenant settings or superadmin controls;

The marketing website (adsplane.com) uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect data that personally identifies you. Because no tracking cookies are used on adsplane.com, no cookie-consent banner is required for the marketing site.
The AdsPlane web application (app.adsplane.com) uses session cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, secure your account, remember your preferences, and operate the dashboard. These are essential cookies for app operation. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will sign you out and may prevent the application from working correctly.
AdsPlane does not use third-party advertising cookies and does not sell, share, or rent your usage data for advertising or behavioural profiling.
